I created this Web Site for women who have had or are considering an endometrial ablation, as well as for women trying to make the decision between having an endometrial ablation performed or having a hysterectomy performed. Before I had my endometrial ablation I searched the Internet for individual experience stories from women that actually had an endometrial ablation and I found very few. I wanted to hear what it was like to go through and see the results from other women that went through this and that understood it.

After my endometrial ablation I decided that since I only found a handful of individual experience stories from women that live this, I would change that and so I created this Site so that no woman would ever have to feel the way I did ~ alone in this. It is a very stressful time when one experiences abnormal uterine bleeding. When we are able to communicate with other women going through the same thing I really feel that helps us to not feel as stressed out or alone in this.

I also feel very strongly about women helping women support as we all relate to one another in many ways and can lend support to one another. This Web Site offers you the opportunity to gather as much information as you can about endometrial ablation and thus ask your own personal physician very specific questions about this approach.
